Suspect "I" buys many noodles at grocery store. Mostly instant packs. Extra portability if he has to run? Tried one of the blue packs myself. Was like poison. No wonder Suspect "I" is always cranky; suspect is malnourished and eating untasty food.

Goes to "Stripey"'s store at least once a day, sometimes twice. Disappears long, long time. Where? Doing what? Backroom? Mopping floors? Peeked in window 3x, couldn't see him. Tried going round back to find. Nearly caught—jumped behind crates and pretended to be cat. May back off for a few days, try going in as customer.

I don't really mind the ticking, but… I find myself thinking about Pearly and Nick and everyone back home a lot. I haven't seen the man I was borrowing this room from in a long time—I think he must have gone back home. I guess this is what they call being homesick; I've never really felt like this before. I could always go back to visit Kurain any time I wanted, and it wasn't very… uhm, I guess the word is 'cozy' anyway. What do people normally do when they start to feel this way?

I have succeeded in finding Suspect Ich "I." Had to ask the butcher, the baker, and a plumber, but found. Three days tailing Suspect "I." Suspect "I" goes from home, to work at hospital. Then to little shop. Possibly second job; disappears for several hours at a time. Very boring. Then home again. Today, Suspect "I" broke pattern and went to grocery store. Refuses to eat carrots and strawberries. Allergic? Was beginning to think that maybe Suspect "I" wasn't the right one, but then he started yelling. A lot. Mostly at a short, dark haired girl. No evidence of Suspect "I's" crimes yet, but he is frequently around a little green haired girl and an older dark haired girl--maybe ten at most? Will continue pursuit and surveillance. Will only be a matter of time.

[ooc; The ten year old girl? That would totally be Rukia. Maya's a horrible judge of age, as well as other things.

Going to bed now and won't be back until tomorrow evening, but I will catch up on tags then!]

I had a dream last night that reminded me of this commercial I once saw! Nick was dancing with this really handsome bear, and they just made such a good bear-couple! And then Bear-Nick started balancing on this ball, and the other bear started balancing plates? It was so amazing!

Wouldn't that be a cool trick to try at the Cafe? I could come out balancing all these plates on sticks! That'd bring all kinds of customers in, I just know it!

I haven't told Mister Edgeworth yet, though. He sorta... I don't think he liked the good luck charms I gave him all that much. So, I don't want to tell him till I'm good and ready to show him how helpful I can be!

It's like... when I have a really bad need for a cheeseburger, only all I can find are those fish filet thingies? It's just not satisfying.

Ha! I'm back! Well, I never went anywhere, not exactly, but I came down with a really awful cold. I thought that since the waterfall comes out of the wall in the apartment and it's not outside, it would be okay to keep training even though it's so late in the year. Guess I must have overdone it anyway.

I hear that everyone turned into animals the other day!? I can't believe I missed it. Nick, did you go complete bear? Did you come back? I wish I could have changed into something! I've always thought maybe it would be fun to be a platypus...

This is my first time playing Maya! I do not expect that my voice or characterization will be perfect starting out--if you see bumps, mis-steps, lapses in voice/characterization, I'd like to hear from you.
